So the "view" is not compatible with the server over the cell network. Checked all settings and even called my Helpdesk and t-mobile. So this appears to be a bug with the app. Downloading it again doesnt work. If I can only use this app over wifi, whats the point?
Update:
The updated app does not work with IOS 10 on mobile devices. So at this point it appears that the developer does NO testing and just hopes that things will work.
